These rules are only part of the General Terms and Conditions for Online Sale of cinema tickets for "Cinema City Bulgaria" EOOD. Before you purchase your tickets, get acquainted with the full Terms and Conditions, by scrowing below.
Please, consider the fact that after having selected a seat, you have 15 minutes at your disposal to pass through the purchase procedure.
Please always make sure that the information regarding the movie screening – DATE, MULTIPLEX CINEMA, TIME, MOVIE – is correct before you purchase a ticket; it is not possible to make any changes after completion of the transaction.
You can pay the ticket price online via the platform of the payment service provider PayU S.A., Poland, using one of the following cards – VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.
Upon the successful completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the multiplex cinema. If you do not get it at the end of the transaction, please, contact us through our contact form: http://www.cinemacity.bg/contact or call +359894650777 every weekday, between 12:00 and 17: 00 o’clock.
The online ticket purchase service is subject to an administrative fee for processing the customer order that shall be paid by the customer for each ticket purchased in the amount expressly indicated next to the ticket price.
You have right to cancel concluded contract for online ticket purchase within 3 hours before the start of the movie, only in person, on the spot at the multiplex cinema where the tickets have been purchased for. Please, consider the working time of multiplex cinemas for the relevant day.
Tickets already purchased at a regular price cannot be later exchanged for tickets at a reduced price.
When choosing a ticket category (at a regular price or at a discounted price) customers should consider whether they meet the requirements for obtaining discounted tickets. During the inspection of an electronic discounted ticket before admission of customers to the cinema hall, the customer is obliged to furnish the officials with a document certifying the right to use the discount. Failure to provide such a document or establishment that the customer is not eligible to obtain a discounted ticket is a sufficient ground for Cinema City to refuse the customer access to the screening.
The customer agrees the personal data, given by him under the online order on ticket purchase (two names and an e-mail address) to be used by Cinema City for processing the customer's order, remote execution of the agreement and communication with the customer in case of necessity, and to be provided by Cinema City to the payment service provider PayU for the purpose of the payment transaction fulfilment and its connection with the customer's order.
Cinema City collect, process, use and store personal data provided by customers during online ticketing in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The company was registered as a data controller within the meaning and according to the procedure under this Act.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for ONLINE TICKET SALE OF CINEMA TICKETS
„Cinema City Bulgaria” EOOD is a solely-owned limited liability company, incorporated and registered pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, еntered into the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency under UIC 130573398, having its seat and registered address in Sofia 1303, Vazrazhdane District, 45 Bregalnitsa Str., 5th floor, VAT No. BG130573398, and official website: www.cinemacity.bg (hereinafter referred to as „Cinema City” or the „Company”).
Cinema City manages 7 multiplexes in 6 different cities – Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Ruse, Burgas and Varna, as follows:

EFFECT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale of Cinema Tickets for film screenings in Cinema City multiplex cinemas (the "General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale") shall apply to the relations between Cinema City and all of its customers in connection with the online sale and booking of tickets for film exhibitions and shall have effect in respect of all multiplexes operated by Cinema City. The General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale are published on the website www.cinemacity.bg (the "Website") and placed within the multiplexes at customers’ disposal. The Company reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale from time to time, where the relevant amendment shall enter into force as of the publication of the amended General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale on the Website and their placement within the multiplexes at customers’ disposal. Before buying online a ticket for a screening, customers should check and get acquainted with these General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale themselves.
2. The General Terms and Conditions for using services, offered by Cinema City Bulgaria EOOD, also published on the Website, are integral part of these General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale .
3. These General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale are part of the Contract on Online Ticketing between Cinema City and each customer. The customer shall be bound by the General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticketing, respectively the General Terms and Conditions for using services offered by Cinema City Bulgaria EOOD, from the moment he has marked the field: “I have read and agree to Cinema City's Terms and Conditions of Online Purchases" and pressed the "Next" button located in the section "Booking" of the online platform for ticket sales and reservations on the Website of the Company. Pressing the virtual button "Next" by the customer shall be considered, within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, an electronic statement by which the customer agrees to enter into a contract on online ticket purchase under the General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale.
PRICES
Ticket prices for the movies screened in different multiplex cinemas, operated by the Company, may vary. Current ticket prices are listed on the Website, in "Prices" section of each multiplex cinema.
4. All prices given on the Website are in Bulgarian Levs/BGN. Cinema City reserves the right, without notice, to change ticket prices from time to time. The prices presented on the Website are the end prices, inclusive of all taxes and duties, excluding the below mentioned exceptions on surcharges when buying glasses and administrative fee.
5. Administrative fee – for online ticket purchase service an administrative fee shall be due for processing the customer order and it shall be paid by the customer for each purchased ticket in the amount expressly indicated next to the ticket price in Step 1 "Ticket Selection" on the online platform for ticket sale on the Website of the Company, as described below.
Administration fee – a fee for the maintenance of the online ticket purchase system, the processing of the customer’s order and the option for advance choosing of seats in the cinema halls, shall be paid by the customer in respect of each purchased ticket, in an amount, specified next to the ticket purchase price. The administration fee helps Cinema City to run its website and to maintain and improve the online booking system.
6. When buying a ticket for a 3D film with Dolby 3D technology (used in multiplex cinemas in Stara Zagora and Ruse), the ticket price covers the lease of the 3D glasses, without which watching a 3D film is impossible. Dolby 3D glasses are provided to customers immediately before entering the cinema hall against a printed or scanned by a mobile device electronic ticket for a 3D film. After the screening the glasses shall be returned to the staff of the cinema.
7. When buying a ticket for a 3D film with Master Image 3D technology (used in multiplex cinemas in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas), it is possible Master Image 3D glasses to be bought together with the ticket. In such case, the ticket price will be increased by the price of the glasses according to the effective price list of the Company. If a customer has got his own Master Image 3D glasses, he may purchase only an electronic ticket for the screening. Cinema City informs their customers that watching a film, which uses the Master Image 3D technology, is impossible without Master Image 3D glasses. Customers shall be provided with electronically purchased Master Image 3D glasses immediately before entering the cinema hall upon presentation of a valid electronic ticket for 3D glasses. Purchased glasses become the customer’s property and are reusable.
8. When buying a ticket for a 3D film with IMAX 3D technology, it is possible IMAX 3D glasses to be bought together with the ticket. In such case, the ticket price will be increased by the price of the glasses according to the effective price list of the Company. If a customer has got his own IMAX 3D glasses, he may purchase only an electronic ticket for the screening. Cinema City informs their customers that watching a film, which uses the IMAX 3D technology, is impossible without IMAX 3D glasses. Customers shall be provided with electronically purchased IMAX 3D glasses immediately before entering the cinema hall upon presentation of a valid electronic ticket for IMAX 3D glasses. Purchased glasses become the customer’s property and are reusable.
STEPS OF THE ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE
9. In order to purchase tickets for a film screening online, no pre-registration on the Website of the Company is required.
10. To make a ticket purchase you should go to "Programme" section on the Website of the Company or select a movie from the Company's Website and follow these steps online, completing the ticket purchase form:
Step 1: If you have started from "Programme" section – selection of a multiplex cinema, date, film and screening time, then press the time of the desired screening or, if you have initiated the process by direct selection of a film – make your choice of a multiplex cinema, date and time, then press the time of the desired screening.
Step 2: In "Booking " selection of the the following button.
- Buy ticket
and press the "Next" button.
Step 3: Selection of type and number of tickets
Step 4: Selection of seats in the cinema hall.
Please, consider the fact that after having selected the seats, you have 15 minutes at your disposal to complete the order and successfully make its payment.
Step 5:
- Indication of a name, surname and an e-mail address. The e-mail address is required to enable Cinema City to send to it the order confirmation and the electronic tickets purchased and contact you in case of possible change in the screening time.
- Please review carefully your order and put a check mark to "I have read and agree to Cinema City's General Terms and Conditions for Online Sale of cinema tickets, Privacy Policy and 4DX rules'' field, enter the automatically generated security code and press the "Next" button.
Upon clicking on the "Next" button, the Website redirects the customer to the website of the payment service provider PayU, to pay for the tickets by a card payment.
Step 6: On the website of PayU, the customer shall complete the data of his payment card and press the "Pay now" button. By pressing the "Pay now" virtual button, the customer confirms the fact that his order is related to a payment obligation and pays the price of the tickets ordered along with the administrative fee for processing the order.
After pressing the "Pay Now" button to confirm the card payment by the customer, this payment is implemented in the banking system.
Payment of the electronic tickets ordered by the customer is required in order the same to be issued and delivered to the customer.
After successful completion of the electronic transaction, the customer shall receive an e-mail to the e-mail address of contact (e-mail) specified in the order – confirmation by Cinema City with the registration number of the order and the corresponding number of electronic tickets purchased by customers, as well as a link to these General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale. If he does not receive confirmation of his order, the customer must fill in the contact form on the Company's Website under "Contact Us" section at the following address: http://cinemacity.bg/contact or call by phone +359894650777 each weekday between 12:00 and 17:00 o’clock.
Accepting these General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale the customer expressly agrees the confirmation of the distance contract concluded with Cinema City to be made at the e-mail address provided by him. The customer is bound by the contract for online ticket purchase from the moment he presses the "Pay now" virtual button, and Cinema City is bound by the contract from the moment it receives a confirmation of the order made and its payment by the customer.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
11. Payment of electronic tickets ordered by the customer is done via the payment service provider PayU S.A., Poland, using one of the specified on the platform of online payment bank cards - VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO. The security of card data is guaranteed by PayU S.A., processing the payment. The customer provides card data and authentication data only on the website for online card payments of PayU, and Cinema City hasn’t access to the contents of confidential data exchanged between the cardholder, PayU and the company issuing the card. Cinema City does not get information about your card details, nor is it responsible for its protection from unauthorized access. Credit card payment service is not provided by Cinema City and the company is not liable for the provision and quality of the service.
ELECTRONIC TICKET USE
12. Each electronic ticket is valid only for the specified therein multiplex cinema, film, cinema hall, seats in the cinema hall, date and time of the screening.
13. After a successfully submitted and paid order, the customer receives at the provided by him e-mail address confirmation by Cinema City for the concluded contract for online ticket purchase.
14. Along with the confirmation you will receive an attachment in .jpeg format with your ELECTRONIC TICKET, as well as an electronic note, according to the requirements of ORDER No. H-18 of 13.12.2006 for registering and reporting through fiscal devices the sales in the commercial sites, the requirements for the software for their management and requirements for the persons who carry out sales through an electronic store. You can print it or save it to your mobile device. In this case, you can go directly to the entrance for ticket control in the multiplex cinema and give the ticket printout to the usher to scan it or your mobile device with the ticket shown on it. Each electronic ticket contains a unique registration number and QR code. Customers should keep their .jpeg files from unauthorized access and not make them available to third parties unless they want such third parties to use the e-tickets purchased by them.
15. The holder of an electronic ticket is not entitled to any servicing advantage at the cash desks and shall wait for his turn.
16. Each ticket entitles the attendance of only the screening marked on it, on the date and at the time specified, and in the cinema hall designed by Cinema City for this screening. The duration of the customer’s visit to the cinema hall is determined by the duration of the screening. Immediately after the screening the client is obliged to leave the hall even if he has a ticket for the next immediate screening in the same cinema hall.
17. Customers are obliged to keep their tickets from the time of their purchase until the end of the screening they refer for, and leaving the multiplex cinema. Cinema City is not responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed or damaged tickets and has no obligation to reissue them or refund the amount paid for them, the administrative fee and the price paid for 3D glasses.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE AND USE OF ELECTRONIC TICKETS
18. When choosing a movie to purchase tickets for, customers must consider the age restrictions arising from the categorization of films. The access of persons under the age of 18 years to the cinema halls of Cinema City shall be subject to the following rules:
- During screenings marked ‘A’ category – „Aimed at young audience” the cinema hall is open to all persons regardless of their age.
- During screenings marked ‘B’ category – „No age restrictions” the cinema hall is open to all persons regardless of their age.
- During screenings marked ‘C’ category – „Not recommended for children aged under 12 years” the cinema hall is not open to persons under 12 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
- During screenings marked ‘C+’ category – „Not recommended for children aged under 14 years” the cinema hall is not open to persons under 14 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
- During screenings marked ‘D’ category – „Prohibited for persons aged under 16 years” the cinema hall is not open to persons under 16 years of age.
- During screenings marked ‘D+’ category – „Not recommended for children aged under 16 years” the cinema hall is not open to persons under 16 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
- During screenings marked ‘X’ category – „Restricted to adults only” the cinema hall is not open to persons aged under 18 years.
Cinema City is entitled to check the age of customers willing to attend a screening in order to verify whether the age requirements resulting from the categorization of films are fulfilled during the e-ticket inspection and the access of the customer to the film screening. Cinema City may deny access to a screening of a customer whose age does not meet the requirements resulting from the film categorization. In such case Cinema City shall neither be obliged to refund the price paid by the customer for the electronic ticket and 3D glasses, nor exchange the ticket with a ticket for the screening of another film, nor shall provide any other compensation.
19. When choosing a movie to purchase tickets for, customers should consider the film screening time and legal restrictions for accompanying minors.
After 20:00 o’clock, a child aged under 14 years, respectively after 22:00 o’clock a child aged over 14 but under 18 years, shall be accompanied by a parent, guardian, custodian or another person taking care of the child. If parents, guardians, custodians or the other persons taking care of a child cannot accompany the child, they have to provide for a fully-capable adult as its companion in the multiplexes after 22:00 o’clock, if the child is over 14 years old but is still under 18, as in this case, they should certify the status of the companion with a declaration form, in compliance with an appendix to the present rules.
Cinema City is entitled to deny access to a screening of each person who must be accompanied, but the companion is missing or does not meet the criteria set out in the preceding paragraph or a declaration form certify the status of the companion is missing, irrespective of whether such persons have purchased e-tickets for the screening they are willing to attend. In cases Cinema City denies access pursuant to the preceding sentence, Cinema City shall not reimburse the persons to which access is denied for the e-ticket price paid by them, for 3D glasses, neither shall it pay any other compensation to the persons who have been denied access.
20. When choosing a ticket category (at a regular price or at a discounted price) customers should consider whether they meet the requirements for obtaining discounted tickets. During the inspection of an electronic discounted ticket before admission of a customer to the cinema hall, the customer is obliged to furnish the officials with a document certifying the right to use the discount. Failure to provide such a document or establishment that the customer is not eligible to obtain a discounted ticket is a sufficient ground for Cinema City to refuse the customer access to the screening.
21. The person who has bought a discounted electronic ticket may not sell, exchange, grant or transfer it to another person unless such other person meets the requirements to receive a discounted ticket of the same category. If, however, such acts have been carried out the person acquiring discounted electronic ticket without being entitled to purchase such one for his own reasons shall not be allowed to the screening the electronic ticket refers to.
22. Cinema City is entitled to refuse access to film screenings in cases of submission of an invalid electronic ticket – a ticket that has not been paid for or that is tampered, illegible, false or manipulated in any way. Only persons who present a valid electronic ticket shall be given access to film screenings.
CANCELATION OF THE CONTRACT
23. The purchased electronic ticket cannot be modified, exchanged, returned, nor can the number of entrance tickets included in it be reduced or be revalidated for other movies, dates, times or screenings, but for the reasons under para. 18 and para. 19 below.
24. Pursuant to Art. 57, para. 12, suggest.3 under the Law on Consumer Protection, customers are not entitled to cancel the concluded contract for online purchase of tickets for film screenings in Cinema City multiplexes except in the cases referred to in para. 3 and para. 4 below.
25. Customers have the right to cancel the contract for online purchase of tickets exclusively and only at the desks in the multiplex cinema the ticket is for, but not later than three hours before the start time of the screening it has been issued for. In order to take advantage of their rights under this paragraph, the customer must provide the Cinema City with a valid electronic ticket for the screening and to fill in and sign out at the multiplex cinema, the ticket is for, a form of cancellation and refund of the electronic ticket price on the bank account from which the amount has been paid.
26. In case the screening is terminated or canceled for technical reasons or any other reasons, Cinema City is responsible for, at the sole discretion of Cinema City:
- the customer will be refunded the price of the electronic ticket on the bank account from which the amount has been paid; or
- the customer will be issued a voucher of the same value as the price of tickets purchased, excluding the amount of the administrative fee which is non-refundable.
In the cases under para. 18 and para. 19 Cinema City does not owe the customer refund of the administrative fee under para. 5.2 hereof. In the cases under para. 18 and para. 19 Cinema City does not owe the customer any damages including, but not limited to transportation costs, parking costs, costs for 3D glasses, for food, drinks, etc. In order to take advantage of the rights under para. 19 above, the customer must provide Cinema City with a valid electronic ticket for the screening that has been suspended or canceled within 2 days after the date of the canceled/suspended screening and fill in and undersign at the multiplex cinema, the ticket is for, a cancellation form.
PRIVACY POLICY
The client agrees the personal data, given by him under the online order on ticket purchase to be used by Cinema City for processing the customer's order, remote execution of the agreement and for communication with the customer in case of necessity.
Cinema City collects, processes, uses and stores the personal data provided by the customer during the online ticket sale in conformity with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Cinema City collects, processes, uses and stores the personal data provided by customers to make available the services offered on the Website, including the service of online electronic tickets purchase. The submission of personal data by customers is voluntary. When the use of a service or functionality of the Website requires submission of customers’ personal data, Cinema City clearly indicates whether such submission is compulsory or optional. Compulsory submission means that if the customer does not provide such data, he won’t be able to use some of the services or functionalities of the Website that require such submission, including the service of online electronic cinema tickets sale.
Cinema City comply with all generally acknowledged standards for the protection of personal data submitted, while being received and later. However, in cases of force majeure, unscrupulous actions by third parties (hackers), as well as in case customers of the Company make their personal data available to third parties, the Company shall not be liable for the security of such information or for any damages occurred as a result of its disclosure.
IX. DATA ON THE WEBSITE USE
Cinema City automatically collects and stores information related to the use of the Website, such as pages from the Website customers visit, the websites redirecting users to the Website, as well as the websites that users visit by a link from the Website, the date and time of such visits, users’ IP addresses, the type of Internet browser used, the number of users who have seen a particular banner on the Website, number of clicks on the Website’s banners, etc. This information does not allow identification of the particular user and is used for studying and tracking customers’ behavior, habits and interests, for analyzing the efficiency of the accomplished advertising, for statistical purposes and for improvement of the services offered on or through the Website.
In order to improve the quality of services offered, the Website uses "cookies" (also called text files) that attach to the hard disk of the user's computer. "Cookies" are packages of information sent from the Website to the hard disk of the Website’s user while being on the Website. To types of "cookies" are used - "temporary" (which are deleted from the computer's memory after the Internet browser has been closed) and "permanent" (which remain on the computer until they are deleted). Permanent "cookies" can be removed if users follow the instructions of the Internet browser they use. If a user decides to ban "cookies", some parts of the Website may not function properly or not function at all. It is also possible some "foreign cookies", which are not under the control of the Company, to collect information about the use of the Website by a particular user, such as which site has redirected the user to the Website, which pages of the site have been visited by the user and probably about the user’s visits to other websites, but do not collect information about the names, address
X. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA AND RIGHTS OF CLIENTS
Cinema City will not disclose to third parties any personal information about the customers who use the online cinema ticket purchase service, except:
• in case such disclosure is explicitly stated under these General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale or when the customer has given his explicit consent;
• when Cinema City is obligated by law;
• when such disclosure is required by law enforcement bodies, judicial authorities or other state or municipal authorities competent to request and collect such information in accordance with the established procedures and rules;
• when disclosure of personal data by Cinema City is required to protect the rights, legitimate interests and reputation of Cinema City, associated with the Company persons, customers of the Company and any other third parties.
In order to perform technical maintenance and administration of the Website, as well as while processing information for statistical and marketing purposes, testing and examining the functionality of the Website, when making payments and using other services related to the Website, customers’personal data may be disclosed to third parties to which the Company has outsourced certain services related to maintenance of the Website and receipt of payments. Such data will be disclosed only to the extent and within the volume that is necessary to perform the assigned work. The third parties - service providers of the Company, will not be authorized to use customers' personal data for other purposes different from the ones specified under these General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale.
Cinema City has no access to customers’ card data at any time of the payment process.
Transfer of personal data to third parties outside Cinema City and PayU S.A. is excluded. By completing and submitting an order for a purchase of electronic tickets customers agree to provide their personal data (two names and an e-mail address) and transfer the latter to PayU S.A. for the purposes of processing the payment transaction and its connection with the customer's order.
Each customer shall be entitled to:
· provide information to the Company about himself, including information that may allow identification of the customer (personal data);
· update the information provided in the course of online ticket purchase;
· be information whether the Company processes his personal data, the data categories and the categories of recipients the data are disclosed or may be disclosed to; the source of such personal data;
· receive a message containing his personal data being processed by the Company;
· obtain information about the logic involved in any automated processing of his
personal data;
· request the Company to delete, correct or block his personal data if their processing is contrary to the requirements of the law;
· request the Company to notify the third parties it has disclosed personal data of customers to, of any deletion, correction or blocking of such personal data, except where this is impossible or involves excessive efforts or expenses on the Company’s side;
· object to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes;
· be informed before his personal data are disclosed for the first time to third parties or used on their behalf for direct marketing purposes and to be provided with the opportunity to object to such disclosure or use.
Each customer can exercise the above rights by sending a written request to the Company by registered mail with advice of delivery or bring it in person to the office of the Company at its registered address. The customer can perform these actions not only in person but also by an explicitly authorized person (with notarized power of attorney). The request should include: the customer’s full name, address, telephone number and other data, through which Cinema City can identify the customer and contact him; a description of the customer's request; preferred by the customer form of provision of the requested information; signature, date of submission and mailing address; notarized power of attorney in case the actions are carried out by proxy.
If the customer's request under the preceding paragraph is justified and is made to the Company in the above manner, the Company may provide the information requested by the customer in the form of oral or written reference or data review in the office of the Company. The customer may request a copy of the customers’ processed personal data on a preferred bearer (provided by the customer) or electronically, except where prohibited by law.
The Company refuse access to personal data when they do not exist or their provision is prohibited by law or in case it is unable to separate the customer’s personal data to be separated from personal data of other people without incurring significant efforts or expenses by the Company.
LIABILITY
Cinema City does not exchange, reissue and refund amounts for stolen, lost or damaged electronic tickets.
Cinema City is not liable for the availability of Internet connectivity and for the quality of Internet connection of its customers, nor whether the Website and the system of online ticketing are available and operating at any moment.
Cinema City is neither responsible for the execution of payment transactions in connection with the purchase of electronic tickets by customers and for the security of customers’ payments on the Internet, nor for any damages (including losses and lost profits) of customers in connection with or arising from online payment for electronic tickets through the payment service provider PayU SA, Poland, as the services in connection with accepting and processing payments are delivered by payment service providers and providers of technical services other than the Company.
Without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory provisions of law, the liability of Cinema City in connection with or arising out of the services offered by Company and/or its activities as a film exhibitor managing the multiplexes specified at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale, shall be limited to willful misconduct and gross negligence, and in property terms – to the price paid by customers for the respective services (e.g. electronic ticket price, price of 3D glasses, etc.).
RECOMMENDATIONS, COMPLAINTS AND COMMENTS
The customer can send a recommendation, comment or complaint regarding the process of purchasing electronic tickets via the Website by completing the contact form on the Company's Website under "Contact Us" section at the following address: http://cinemacity.bg/contact.
MISCELLANEOUS
To all matters not explicitly governed by these General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale the Bulgarian laws shall apply.
In case of a dispute between customers and Cinema City, the parties shall make all reasonable and necessary efforts to resolve the dispute in an amicable way through negotiations and mutual concessions. Failing to reach an agreement the dispute shall be resolved according to the Bulgarian Law.
These amended General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sale were adopted by a resolution of the managers of Cinema City dated [1st of April, 2024].
Note: Please all our customers to be informed that according to amendments to these General Terms and Conditions, as of 03/11/2023, the possibility of online reservation of tickets is not available.
